Newell Brands has a portfolio of over 100 household brands and products. These include well-known names such as spontex, Crock-Pot and Breville. With these brands featuring in a large number of High street retailers, it means they need a team of staff visiting locations ensuring their products are merchandised and demonstrated correctly. In order to demonstrate products, it is imperative their merchandising staff are trained in food safety when out visiting stores across the UK.
The Solution
Our sales team were the first to respond to Newell brands request for training. Once the team had identified the number of staff requiring training and what course they needed they created a bespoke quotation including a multi-learner discount. Once confirmed, Newell brands scheduled the course date and our trainer was booked to visit their site. Newell brands needed 10 members of staff trained in total.
Their head office in Cheadle was a perfect location to host the course and it was extremely easy for their merchandising team to attend the training. Ahead of the training day, a member of our team scheduled a call with Newell Brands to ensure we could tailor the course content to involve relevant examples to their workplace.
